Matthew's Note
Here we have a fantastic 1940's Swiss Philippe Watch chronograph with a Spillman Case. Spillman was a prominent watch case maker for waterproof chronographs in the era. A telltale sign of a Spillman case are angled lugs as well as inverted chronograph pushers. This watch has very sharp angles on the lugs and the case looks to be unpolished. The original multi scale dial has red and blue tracking. The original blue steel hands pop nicely against the dial. This lovely vintage chrono is powered by a Valjoux 22 manual wind movement.
