The watch featured here is an exceptional example of the Patek Philippe reference 2526 in 18k rose gold on an original 18k rose gold Patek Philippe band. The rose gold Patek Philippe is quite rare and apparently only 370 examples were produced. The porcelain dial of this 2526 is perfect with no hairline cracks which can affect the value of these models by 50%. The case of the watch is in excellent condition maintaining its original form and lines. What makes this watch extra special is the fact it was retailed by the Caracas retailer Serpico y Laino, and the name is printed on the dial and hallmarked on the back of the watch. The added Serpico y Laino signature commands a premium as the double signature is highly desired by collectors. Finally, this watch comes on an extraordinary original heavy rose gold Patek Philippe band which is indicated on the archive certificate.
