Rolex Yellow Gold Datejust Ref. 1600

Every so often I buy a watch that when I see it , I  go WOW.  This is one of them: its has the look, it has the condition and it has its original papers.  This is an extremely well preserved Rolex Datejust reference 1600 from 1969.  The reference 1600 has a smooth bezel, not a fluted bezel like we usually see on Datejusts.  The condition of this watch is top notch.  The case is super strong and its original dated Rolex yellow gold rivet bracelet has no stretch at all.  The original dial on this watch is a show stopper as well.  It is a stepped silver linen dial with lovely applied markers.  To top it off, this vintage beauty comes with its original Rolex punch papers.
