This is a Patek Philippe Reference 5270G-001  Grand Complication Perpetual Calendar Moonphase Chronograph in 18kt  White Gold, Circa 2014.  The reference 5270 has become highly sough-after for its elegant design and complications.   This reference is considered a modern classic  inspired by previous Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar  Chronographs. The solid white gold case measures 41mm with a concave bezel and sapphire crystal case back. The dial is silver opaline with applied hour markers , day/month apertures, moonphase and date at 6 o'clock  as well as a day/night and leap year indications.    This watch comes complete with all its goodies: all box's, booklets, papers, hang tag, extra solid case back and stylus.
