This is a lovely, elegant yet sporty 18kt white gold Patek Philippe reference 3543, circa 1968. The cushion shaped white gold case measures 31mm and has a wonderful brush finish which I believe is original to the watch. The round dial inside the cushion case has a silver sunburst finish with nice and thin black Roman numerals. The whole look of the watch is perfection like only Patek Philippe can do. This beauty is powered by a manual wind caliber 23-300 movement. This watch comes with its original white gold Patek Philippe tang buckle.
