Patek Philippe Rose Gold 'Golden Banana' Ref. 2442

We were so very excited to find this great Patek Philippe Golden Banana reference 2442. We have not had this model in many years and especially not in the highly sought after pink gold. The reference 2442 was introduced in 1948 and continued to be in the Patek Philippe catalogue until around 1960. The condition of this sexy curvy case is excellent and has retained much patina on the gold. The silver dial has its original hard enamel signature and markings with a re-lacquered dial finish. This vintage beauty is powered by a caliber 9-90 manual wind movement which is reserved exclusively for rectangular Patek Philippe models. An Archive from Patek Philippe has been ordered and will accompany the watch when sold.
