This is a charming and dainty ladies Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse from the 1970's. The very unusual solid 18kt yellow gold case features a distinctive textured twisted rope designed bezel with extended lugs. The original sunburst champagne dial is in pristine condition with lovely slash markers that match the stick hands. This littel beauty is powered by a manual wind caliber 16-250 movement. I love that this watch still retains its original solid yellow gold Ellipse tang buckle.
