Minty Rolex 18kt Yellow Gold Oyster Perpetual Ref. 1002

I can't say enough about the condition of this 1968 Rolex reference 1002.  It looks like it came out of the factory yesterday.  The solid yellow gold case is unpolished and retains sharp edges throughout.  The original white dial is crisp with lovely black Roman and gold square markers.  All lume on the dial and hands is original and in perfect condition.  Stripped of the date window for a perfectly symmetrical layout, this time-only variant celebrates the pure essence of Rolex’s legendary Oyster design. This lovely watch is powered by a caliber 1570 automatic movement.  With the holidays coming up, this would be a great gift for a man or a woman.
