This is a lovely and elegant Audemars Piguet 18kt white gold "Ultra-Thin" dress watch circa the mid 1950's. The original matte dial with long and thin line markers is in excellent condition. The ultra-thin case is something AP is known for and houses a caliber 2003 manual wind movement. The case looks to be unpolished with light surface scratches from normal wear.
