The reference 5510 Rolex Big Crown James Bond Submariner is the rarest of all the Big Crowns, being made for just 1 year in 1958. The example we have here is incredible. The case is unpolished and the lugs are strong. Everything about this watch is original! The original chapter ring shiny black dial with gold and silver gilt writing has a fantastic look. The dial does have spidering which is very common for these types of watches. All the lume on the dial and hands is original. The bezel with the red triangle at 12 and hash marks to 15 is all original as well. This fantastic Rolex James Bond comes on a stretchy rivet oyster Rolex bracelet with Big Logo clasp and date marks of 1.59. Incredible piece of Rolex history!
