This is the wonderful Vacheron Constantin model 222 full set with box and papers. This watch is stainless steel with an excellent original dial. The overall condition of this watch is immpeccable with a strong case that looks to be unpolished and pristine grey dial. The lume on the hands and dial are all intact and have aged to a lovely creamy hue. These watches are becoming increasingly hard to come by especially with original box and papers. Great set!
