This is a rare midsize Vacheron Constantin model 222 from 1983. This 222 model was designed by Gerald Genta in the 1970's for Vacheron and Constantin. The stainless steel case on this watch appears to be unpolished but worn. The slate grey Sigma dial is pristine. The watch is powered by an automatic movement. This great iconic Vacheron comes with its original box and papers.
