Tudor Stainless Steel Oyster Prince Ref. 7967

This is a very charming vintage Tudor 'Rose' Oyster Prince reference 7967, circa 1962.  The stainless steel cae, with its twisted lugs looks like it has never seen a polishing wheel.  There are surface scratches throughout as one would normally see on a 65 year old watch.  We have left the watch case as is, to keep the lovely shape of the case.  The dissected tuxedo dial is a real show stopper.   The inner circle is matte black with gorgeous silver text and a lovely Tudor Rose emblem in silver gilt.  The lume dots as well as the lume in the alpha hands is all original.   This lovely watch is powered by a caliber 2461 automatic movement.  This is a great vintage watch at a very affordable price.
