This is an incredible and very rare Cartier back wind Tank. This special Cartier Tank is 18kt yellow and white gold! The stepped case is yellow gold with a white gold stepped up bezel. The back of the case has its Cartier numbers clearly visible. The rare and original black dial with white Roman numbers is in very nice condition and marked Paris. This unusual Cartier is powered by a European Watch and Clock Duoplan backwind movement. This extremely rare Cartier Tank comes on a black suede strap with its early yellow and white gold Cartier deployant buckle.
