Rolex Pre-Daytona Chronograph Ref. 6034

For those of you that know me, I do have a sweet spot for early Rolex chronographs.  This  reference 6034 sure hits that spot.   The dial on this one is just fantastic!  It features a black tachymeter scale as well as a blue a telemetre scale,  against a perfectly consistent silver background.  The dial is 100% all original and in excellent condition.  All the writing is sharp and bright.  The applied triangular markers with their original lume plots perfectly match the lume in the Alpha hands.  This combination of dial and hands has become increasingly hard to come by.  The stainless steel case  has retained its original lines and has been fitted with a Rolex stainless steel stretchy rivet Oyster bracelet from 1964.   This beauty is powered by the well known Valjoux 72 manual wind movement.
