Rolex Datejust with Cream Stella Dial Ref. 16013

Most of the time you see Stella Dials on Rolex Day-Dates.  You hardly ever see them on Datejusts, especially stainless steel and yellow gold Datejusts.  But that is what we have here..... A very rare stainless steel and yellow gold Datejust reference 16013 from 1982 with a cream tone Stella dial.  A Stella dial is a lacquered enamel dial introduced by Rolex during the 1970's and 1980's.  These dials are hand crafted with numerous layers of lacquer and then baked to achieve the glossy finish. The dial we have here is a cream enamel Stella dial  with beautiful gold gilt writing and applied slash markers.  The stainless steel case is strong and the yellow gold fluted bezel pops against the gold gilt writing of the dial.   The watch comes with its original steel and gold Jubilee bracelet that  does have some stretch to it.  We are selling the watch with its original bracelet but this watch would look fantastic on a leather strap as well.
