This is an exceptional example of the Record split second chronograph in stainless steel from the 1940s. I rarely see this model or other vintage split seconds come up for sale. This particular watch is in excellent condition with a large case with ornate lugs and a beautiful original dial. Record was a Swiss manufacture and used a movement caliber 179 to run this watch.
