Philippe Watch Stainless Steel Chronograph

I very much love early chronographs.  It does not need to be a fancy name to have character and style.  That brings me to the watch I have here for sale.  It is a Swiss Philippe Watch stainless steel chronograph from the 1950's.  It has a steel Spillman waterproof  case that is  as sharp as can be with its pronouced angled lugs.  Aside from the case, I just love the dial on this one.  It is an all original multi scale dial with blue and red accents featuring telemeter and tachymeter scales.  The Arabic numerals are even special with their Art Deco style .  This is an anti-magnetic watch powered by a manual wind movement.  If this watch was signed Movado, Omega or the such, it would be in the many thousands of dollars.  This Philippe Watch is a great opportunity to own a very speical chronograph at an affordable price.
