The Patek Philippe reference 3546 was made between 1968 and 1976. It was one of the 2 inaugural models of the Golden Ellipse collection. The refined 27mm wide by 32mm in length case is paired with the iconic blue sunburst dial Patek is known for. The yellow gold hands as well as the hour markers have black enamel inserts. The solid 18kt yellow gold case is in excellent condition as well as the dial. This early Ellipse is powered by a caliber 23-300 manual wind movement.
