Patek Philippe manufactured the Reference 3540 between 1968 and 1983 with the 3540/2 specifically featuring a diamond-set bezel and integrated bracelet. This extra-thin reference was only produced in white gold with 2 dial variations; one in silver and one in a sunburst blue like the watch we have here. The Sigma blue dial with applied baton markers is pristine with an elegant baguette diamond bezel surrounding it. The thin white gold integrated bracelet is also pristine and will fit a 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 inch wrist. This special Patek Philippe dress watch is powered by a caliber 175 manual wind movement. An Archive from Patek Philippe has been ordered for this watch and will accompany it.
