It completely discards the minimalist stick markers of its gold siblings in favor of an exquisite, vintage-inspired Two-Tone Silvery-Grey/Opaline Dial.  The face is beautifully appointed with applied gold Breguet Arabic numerals, and a crisp railway seconds track surrounding a subsidiary seconds register at 6 o'clock.  True to Patek's premium platinum identity, the 37mm case features a discreet, flawless top Wesselton diamond set subtly between the lugs at the 6 o'clock position. The case geometry features beautifully integrated, sweeping lugs with pristine polished and brushed finishes. It is powered by the ultra-thin, manual-winding Caliber 215 PS mechanical movement, offering the purist luxury watch experience.  The platinum case is in excellent condition and looks to be unpolished, showing razor-sharp lines along the lugs and a brilliant mirror finish on the bezel.
