This is a great ladies Patek Philippe dress watch with an original Patek Philippe 18kt Yellow gold bracelet, circa 1957. The small rectangular case features hooded lugs that match the brick link design of the bracelet. The bracelet integrates smoothly and effortlessly to the watch. The all original dial has a raised enamel signature and is double signed by the retailer Freccero. This little beauty even has its original faceted crystal that molds to the shape of the case design.
