Patek Philippe "Age of the Moon" Ref. 5015

This is a Patek Philippe reference 5015 which is known as the "Age of the Moon" wristwatch.  This model was produced for a few short years from 1994 to 1999 in a limited production believed to be around 3000 pieces. This watch is known for its unique moonphase complication that indicates the exact time of the full moon, only requiring calibration adjustment once every 122 years and 45 days.  The watch features a thin automatic movement with a gold micro-rotor, a hobnail bezel and an officer style  hinged hunter case back that reveals the intricate movement thru a sapphire caseback.  The condition of this watch is superb.  The watch comes on a Patek Philippe strap with its original white gold buckle.  It also comes with its original Patek Philippe box and papers.  Unfortunately, like many of the Patek Philippe boxes from the 1990's, the inside has deteriorated a bit.
