This is an unmistakable quirky 1970's Patek Philippe. This reference 3599 has a solid 18kt yellow gold rectangular case with hidden T-Bar lugs. The dial on this watch is something else. The Sigma dial has a brown satin finish with a hand engraved center section that plays with the light at certain angles. I have seen these references with integrated bracelets but this one has its original vintage Patek Philippe lizard strap with original Patek tang buckle. This watch is powered by a caliber 16-250 manual wind movement. Such a cool 70's wristwatch.
