This is a lovely 18kt yellow gold ladies Cartier Baignore with Bueche-Girod movement from the 1970's. The solid yellow gold tonneau case with hidden lugs is in excellent condition with all hallmarks clearly visible. The matte white dial with large black Roman numerals is pristine. This classic Cartier beauty is powered by a Bueche-Girod 17 jewel manual wind movement. This watch comes on a Cartier strap and with its original Cartier deployant buckle.
