What we have here is a rare and unusual watch. It is a Jaeger LeCoultre Memovox alarm watch from the 1950's, retailed by Cartier. The case is solid yellow gold with tear drop lugs. The dial is all original and signed Cartier. The dial does have some aging on it as would be expected for a 70 year old watch. This is a manual wind watch.
