This is an incredible New Old Stock IWC pink gold- filled wristwatch circa 1945. The case and dial on this watch is mint! The large round case has beautiful extended lugs. The original pink tone dial has a nice large subsidiary seconds register at 6 oclock. The pristine dial has applied pink gold dagger markers and outer edge tracking. This vintage beauty is powered by a caliber 70 manual wind movement. This watch even has its original IWC buckle.
