Incredible Universal Geneve Polerouter De Luxe

This watch has so much going for it and is still affordable compared to many other vintage watches. Firstly, Universal Geneve called in a young 24 year old, Gerald Genta to design this watch. Genta went on to become one of the greatest watch designers of all time. Secondly, having this watch in pink gold with a black dial is just incredible. Most of the pink gold watches were fitted with matching pink dials. Thirdly, the condition is MINT!. The solid pink gold case of this watch is unpolished with all its hallmarks and numbering fully intact and visible. The twisted 'Bombe' lugs are sharp as can be. The all original glossy black gilt dial has four quadrants, outer guilloche pink gold chapter ring, Dauphine hands and center seconds. The dial is absolutely pristine and just plain gorgeous! To top it off, this beauty is powered by a caliber 215 automatic micro-rotor movement. I would have to say this is one spectacular vintage Universal Geneve wristwatch.
