Glycine Airman Circa 1960's

Glycine Airman was made for pilot's flying Intercontinental flights which made this a popular choice for Air Force pilots during the Vietnam War. The 24-hour bezel was the hallmark of the Airman. This cult classic came out soon after the Rolex GMT. The condition of this watch is excellent with a very strong case. The 24 hour dial is a beauty with all original lume. This watch was serviced by Glycine in 1969 and come with the original service invoice. The watch was owned by a Major in the military as the service papers have a Majors name on them as well as the original box has a sticker with the same last name and address.
