This is an oversized 18k yellow Cartier tank watch from the 1970s. It has a beautiful cushion form that we call the TV Screen. It is very difficult to find such large Cartier watch from this period which makes this TV Screen model quite collectible. It is an automatic watch and comes on a Cartier strap with the original Cartier deployant buckle.
