The Tank Américaine collection originally debuted in 1989. However, this highly stylized, micro-sized curved reference  2625  with its uniquely stretched dial formatting, was produced from the mid-2000s through the 2010s.  This watch features a beautifully elongated, highly curved case that wraps comfortably and sits incredibly flat on the wrist. Crafted from solid 18kt white gold, the vertical side rails are completely blanketed in brilliant factory-set pavé diamonds. The sparkle continues right onto the multi-faceted winding crown, which is finished with its own matching diamond rather than the traditional blue sapphire cabochon.  The dial layout is where this model truly shows its unique personality. Set against a clean silver dial, the highly stylized, stretched Roman numerals at the 12 and 6 positions create a striking sense of vertical symmetry. The dial also  features Cartier's signature blued-steel hands, which add a sharp pop of color under the crystal.
