Cartier Santos Octagon Ladies Factory Diamonds

We are excited to offer this stylist all factory diamond Cartier ladies Santos Octagon. circa 1980's. The solid 18kt yellow gold case features a diamond bezel, diamonds in place of screws throughout the bracelet and a lovely diamond crown. The round dial sits inside an octagonal case and bezel with its iconic white background and black Roman numerals. The dial is signed Swiss and has the hidden Cartier signature at 7 o'clock. Aside from all the original Cartier factory diamonds, this watch being automatic and not quartz makes this watch very special. Usually ladies Cartier watches from this era were quartz, but this beauty is automatic.
