This is a Cartier Santos 100 which was made in 2004 to celebrate 100 years of the Cartier Santos. This watch is has a nice and large solid 18kt yellow gold case in excellent condition. The case back has the inscription 1904-2004 which only was on the 2004 models and is regarded to be more collectible. The white dial with large black Roman numbers is classic Cartier. This watch is powered by an automatic movement and comes on its original Cartier brown strap with its original solid 18kt yellow gold Cartier deployant buckle.
