Once launched, this Cartier Reversible Cabriolet became an instant classic with its elegant look and high tech feature. The case hallmarks are still pronounced and the ivory dial is in excellent vintage condition. The manual wind movement is a caliber 2442. This comes on a red silk Cartier strap and on a deployant Cartier clasp.
