Cartier Paris Vendome circa 1970's

This is a lovely ladies Cartier Vendome in 18kt yellow gold. The stepped round case doesn’t have extended lugs but a cutout in which the strap is fitted to the case. This case design adds to the simplicity and elegance of the watch. We believe the case to be unpolished and all hallmarks are clearly visible. The crisp white dial with black roman numbers is pristine and the blue steel hands pop against it. This manual wind elegant ladies watch comes with a solid gold Cartier deployment buckle.
