This is the ladies, 25mm x 25mm version, of the Cartier Paris Ceinture in platinum This watch is powered by a manual wind movement. The stepped platinum case with its octagonal shape has an unusual protected crown or "remontoir imperdable". The textured dial has red Roman Numerals. This watch comes on a black strap with a 18k white gold Cartier deployant clasp.
