This is a super glamour ladies Cartier Paris mini Tank Allongee. This watch is from 1972 and from a special jewelry watch collection by Cartier Paris. The watch dial, case and crown are all factory diamonds. The watch comes on a Cartier silk strap fitted with a ladies Cartier solid 18kt yellow gold deployant buckle. This is quite a special and rare watch.
