Cartier Paris Ladies Tank Allongee

This is a lovely little ladies Cartier Paris Tank Allongee from the 1960's. The small long rectangular case makes this watch look very delicate and elegant. The solid 18kt yellow gold case is fully hallmarked. The dial is all original and signed Paris on the bottom of the dial. A caliber 345 manual wind movement powers this piece of Cartier history. This little beauty comes on a thin Cartier strap with the original Cartier deployant buckle.
