This is an elegant ladies Cartier Paris Santos Dumont with ultra thin case in 18kt yellow gold circa the 1970's. The iconic white dial with black roman numbers is in excellent all original condition. The case on this watch is mint! The case is unpolished with all hallmarks clearly visible. This lovely ladies watch comes on a black Cartier strap with original Cartier buckle.
