In the mid 1980's, Cartier introduced The Quadrant which is known for its square case, bullet shaped lugs and blue lacuquered Roman numerals engraved on the case. This was a reissue of a 1920's model Tank Obus. This model is very hard to come by and highly collectible. The case looks like it was never polished with deep hallmarks and patina on the gold. The small square ivory dial is minimal with only Cartier and Paris written on it and blue steel hands. This is a quartz watch and comes on its original Cartier strap with Cartier tang buckle.
