Cartier Jumbo Auto Tank - 1970's

This is a lovely and rare large Cartier Paris Jumbo Automatic Tank from the 1970's. The solid 18kt yellow gold case is large and over-sized. The white dial with black Roman numbers is signed Paris at the bottom and in pristine condition. Aside from the large size, what makes this watch so special is the automatic movement. The case design has a bubble style back to accommodate the automatic movement. All the hallmarks on the back of the case are clear and visible. Usually these Cartier Tank watches have manual wind movements, so having an automatic movement in this watch is quite special.
