This rare 18kt Yellow Gold Cartier watch is known as “The Helm”. It takes this nickname from the form of the bezel which looks like a ships wheel. This wonderful watch is powered by a manual wind European Watch & Clock movement. The case has the Vendôme T-Bar lugs which attach to the Cartier strap and Cartier deployant buckle.
