Matthew's Notes
This is a lovely automatic Cartier Santos in 18kt yellow gold from the late 1980's/ early 1990's. The iconic Cartier white dial with black roman numbers is pristine and has a date window at 3 oclock. The solid 18kt gold case and bracelet are both in very good condition. What is rare and special about this watch is that it has an automatic movement, while most of these models usually are quartz.
