Bueche-Girod for Cartier Yellow Gold Baignoire

During the 1960's thru 1980's , Cartier often looked to other manufacturers for watch production- Bueche-Girod being one of those manufacturers.  The watch we have here is a perfect example of this.  The case and movement are signed Bueche-Girod and the dial signed Cartier and Cartier numbering on the case. This is a lovely 18kt yellow gold ladies Cartier Baignoire with Bueche-Girod signed case and movement from the 1970's. The solid yellow gold tonneau case with hidden lugs is in excellent condition with all hallmarks clearly visible and Cartier numbering present. The matte  dial with large black Roman numerals has natural aging throughout. This classic Cartier beauty is powered by a Bueche-Girod 17 jewel manual wind movement. This watch comes on a Cartier strap and with its original Cartier deployant buckle and box.
