Breitling 'Clam Shell' Case Chronograph 1940's

This is a gorgeous multi-scale Breitling chronograph from the 1940's.   The dial is all original with patina throughout and blue red and black scales on the dial.   What is also special about this watch is its 'clam shell' case, also known as a Spillman case.  The screws behind each lug is a sure sign of a Spillman contracted case.  These Spillman cased watches  with multi-scale dials have become quiet collectible and sought after by collectors.  This is a 2 register manual wind chronograph.
