This Omega Seamaster XVI was a commemorative series released for the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. It was also Omegas 25th anniversary as the official timepiece of the Olympics Games. This is the Omega Seamaster reference 2850SC in 18k yellow gold, it have the hallmark of the Olympic cross on the back of the case, and beautiful faceted dog leg lugs. The dial has raised faceted markers, Roman numeral representing the 16th Olympics, and dauphine hands. The movement is an automatic caliber 471.
