Here we have a solid 18kt yellow gold full size Cartier Panther reference 887968, circa the 1990's. This is a quartz watch run by a battery. The cream tone dial is all original with Cartier's iconic black Roman numerals and date at 3 o'clock. The integrated gold linked bracelet is in excellent condition with no stretch. This is a perfect size watch for a man or woman. Great vintage Cartier Panthere.
