Matthew's Note
This is a very well preserved oversized 38mm cased Angelus Chronodato from the 1950's. The Chronodato is one of the earliest full calendar chronograph wristwatches which features a chronograph feature as well as a day, date and month apertures. The chrono has nice large registers at 3 and 9 with the date feature on the outer track of the dial marked by a red tipped arrow. We believe the case to be unpolished with the facets on the lugs still present and all hallmarks clearly visible. The dial is all original with Arabic and square numerals. This watch is hard to find in such nice condition.
