Matthew's Note
Here we have a bold square ornately decorated Patek Philippe reference 2472 from the 1950's. The 18kt pink gold square case has ribbed sides and downturned lugs. The case is unpolished and has lots of patina on the gold throughout. The silvered dial has fancy indexes in addition to the classic baton applied markers and subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock. The Patek Philippe signature is its original raised enamel as well as the subsidiary seconds markings. This beauty is powered by the illustrious Caliber 10-200 manual wind movement, one of the finest hand wind movements made. This very well preserved Patek Philippe comes with its original gold Patek tang buckle and box. An Archive from Patek Philippe has been ordered and will accompany the watch.
