Matthew's Note
The reference 146.009 Omega Chronostop was introduced in 1968 and is a 60-second stopwatch with a press and release stop-second feature engaged by the single pusher at 2 o’clock. To start the chronograph, the single pusher is depressed. To stop it, the pusher is depressed and held, and then released to reset. The watch we have here is a mint and unpolished wristwatch. The case is super sharp and has clear distinctions between the brushed and shiny finishes. The plum colored dial is pristine as well. All lume plots are totally intact and perfectly rounded. This very well preserved watch is powered by a caliber 920 manual wind movement. This beauty even comes with its original Omega period band and stainless steel Omega buckle.
